Refund Policy

Refund for Goods

Refund requests must be received within 5 days after receipt of your goods.

We accept refund requests for goods sold our Site for any of the following reasons:

  • Good is broken;

  • Good is wrong size; or

  • Good does not meet the purchaser's expectations.

How to Receive a Refund

Refund will be provide if the following return process is followed:

The item is returned to seller.  To return a item by mail, please follow this procedure:​

  • Pack your good and attach the return label that was included in your package. 

  • Go to your nearest post office and pay the necessary postage. 

  • Item must be in the exact same condition it was when shipped, to the customer in, in order to return it.
